I have become a youth ambassador so that I could help all the children that I met in Ghana during my visit to the country. I want to devote my time and energy go to this great cause and I want to help the children in need. I hope to change the world by setting up my own charity to collect money to give to the kids and caretakers in Africa, so in the future they are all properly looked after and cared for.

I feel both honored and privileged as my role as a Youth Ambassador for the PNN organization. I was blessed to have been granted the opportunity to travel to Ghana and become a part of the orphan’s lives and the PNN family. The children taught me many life-long lessons of gratitude, compassion, resiliency and courage.

As the Chairman of Community Service at The Buckley School, I am planning on organizing a bake sale or perhaps an assembly in New York City to help bring attention to the orphan crisis. I also enjoy tennis and golf and would like to host a tournament and BBQ, hopefully with the help of my fellow ambassadors. Next spring/summer I hope to create global awareness among my peers and friends in my community for the PNN family. I am excited and passionate about helping the children of PNN and all of the orphans in the world. I want to help these innocent children realize their dreams.

I am fortunate to have the opportunity to be a PNN Youth Ambassador. Last year, I traveled to Ghana for the first time and immediately fell in love with the children. I had heard about Devon’s work at the orphanage, and it was really special to finally meet the children and connect with them myself. This year, I was able to go back and it was incredible to see how much the children have changed. I have several fundraising ideas and I’m excited about working with the other ambassadors to raise money and make a difference in their lives.

I can’t wait to visit the friends I have made in Ghana next year. Through this experience, I got to witness first-hand the poverty and needs of hurting children, and it made me realize how blessed I am. The children inspire me every day and hearing their stories has changed my life.

I am extremely excited to be a PNN Youth Ambassador because I loved playing with the kids in Africa and I would really like to make a difference in their lives. I want to make a difference by having a clothing drive in my neighborhood and ship all the clothes to Africa for the kids. Another idea is to have a fundraiser of some kind to raise money to build more water wells all over different parts of Africa.

I traveled to Ghana with PNN about a year ago. The trip was the most inspiring experience I had in my whole life. I want to go back and visit the children and see how they are doing. The trip to Africa inspired me to join the program because I want to help the kids out even more and do something that will change their lives and mine.

I have been blessed in my life and I want to give back to those less fortunate by helping children in need. Working with Project Nyame Nsa will give me that opportunity.
